Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Newbie here....I'm planning to order an 2000xl. Should I buy one with or without the zip? Does having an internal zip drive make it easier to load and save sounds, sequences, etc? Or is it more cost effective to buy an external zip drive and hook it up that way? thanks in advance for your responses...

Most def an external would be cheaper. I got my SCSI zip off ebay for 9.99 and the 25 to 50 pin cable for 3.99. Thats a **** of a lot cheaper than 100 bones for the internal. Plus by using the external zip, you get to keep the floppy drive.
