The only two things ...

the only two things i really miss about the 1000 was the filters and reverb. Besides that the 2000xl has been nothing but a change. I am very happy with my switch over. I will be a lot more content though once this card reader gets here.

i know about it, i just dont have it ... will be an upgrade for the future ... for now protools it is ...

Do you think the fx card is worth it in the end? All in all. Ive heard mixed reviews..

If you can get it pretty cheap, it's definately worth it. It also depends on what other gear you already have.

the 1ks reverb isnt that bad if you get your setting right. Im assuming better than none. hah.

ill be shouting for a cheap fx card just to have it in there.
