Trouble getting my password

Can somebody help me out here? I'm trying to get a JJ password. Went to the page "how to get a password", filled in my product ID, paypal address, name, and my email address and hit continue and it takes me to a screen with all japanese characters except for HTTP REFFERER in the middle. Looks like an error screen but I can't read it.

Any help would be appreciated.

On jj´s site theres also a link called "Please click here, When you cannot receive a password." Try that else.

thanks i figured it out. must have been a browser issue cause it worked on another computer.
