live track muting with the 60 is it possible?

Hi guys Ï was wondering if you guys know if the mpc60 is capable of doing track muting during Å live performance like for example muting the kick or a vocal sample in and out? Is it also the same like the 2000 track muting or Å little different? Let me know thanks.

You mean where it has the screen and you can push the pads to mute and unmute up to 16 tracks at a time?

Not at all.

In the 60, you have to go through the tracks one at a time and mute or unmute them. I don't think it's a good idea for a live thing.

can always use an 8 ch. mixer;)
