Akai OS Corrupting ALL FILES!

Ive read that akia has a bug that makes the project your doing corupt and i seam to be having this problem any clues on how to fix it ..its doin my nut in ive just done the projects and there all corrupt is it possible to still have the tracks ive done or are they lost and need to be remade? do i need to reinstall the os or somethin im using 2.10 from akai if that helps!
it also says these are 2000xl files when i know i saved em on my 1000
its just says wrong file

Mine does that too. I don't know what the deal is. Usually I'll lose files, or files will show up corrupted or half the chop they used to be. It's weird. I have got in the habit of saving everything on both the harddrive and the memory card just in case.

which os are u using the js os is ment to fix this problem but im not sure about recovering corrupt files thats were i need some info if anyone has it

As far as recovering the corrupted files, sorry about that, but your guess is a good as ours as to whether that is even possible. In the meantime, read the postings linked above and don't make any more.....

i had a fealing i was sayin somethin that must of been said many times thanks for the info ive just got the new jj os so hopefully things will be ok from now on!
