Hi! I´m currently using 5.09 and I dont know why I cant make "loop" work separely from "trim". I mean, I´m in trim mode, I have my sample, I go to loop and I change the start and end points but I dont know why the start and end points on the trim page change as well. In my old mpc2000xl you can have diferent start and end points in the trim and loop pages... How can i do this on the JJ? Also I dont understand the botton "Joint"... can anybody explain? Thanks! And please, dont bullshit on me just for make a few quesstions :)

In 5.09 go to the TRIM screen then select loop move the curser to the number for the loop start and hit Open Window.
It will give you the option for the loop following or being seperate from Trim.
