Anyone use the internal effects?

I was wondering does anyone use the effects inside the 2500 or do u just wait until youve tracked everything out into the computer?

yeah occaionally Ill use the reverb just slightly if the sample cuts off too quick, it makes it mor rounded as a sound.I havent gotten really deep into them, I'd rather to drop it dry then add fx in general.

Nope.

Occasionally the delay, but it always gets replaced once tracked into Cubase. The rest of the fx aren't worth bothering with imho.

mpc compression aint that bad!

That's one thing Akai could have excluded to make the 2500 more affordable.

I do not use the effects at all.

Since I dont track out individually, I use the onboard effects.. the bit grunger isnt bad for drums.. use reverb for samples.. thats about it.. use filters for old samples that I need to remove highs from..

That being said, thats probably why my beats suck. LOL.
