Is it possible to plug a tv into a mpc to sample some dish

I had an idea i was watching some old school movies and heard some nice sounds i wanted to sample i tried every input if would really be cool if i could




i hear sumthing when i plug into the audi source on digital and mono L

this is very easy provided you have the correct cables.....

you just need to make sure the audio signal from the satellite gets routed into the stereo INPUTs of your MPC.....

if the satellite is stereo, just hook the right OUT to right IN and left OUT to left IN.....

if jacks for iN and OUt don't match get the proper adapter or conversion cable.....

tryed it i see the signal but i dont hear anything (analogue and digital i see it in Mono L plugged to dish audio L

and also i know but i only got 1 wires for main out so 1 im using for my monitors and other for dish so even if it would work i wouldent hear it if i try to use L and R lol

for now you can use both cables to plug the dish into the MPC, if it is receiving the signal you willl see it in the REC mode (you can maybe monitor using headphones?)

just sample it then rewire, then check the sample....

sick idea still thanx a lot also i wanna ask u something else if its possible to send mixdowns to pc from usb only without the memory card my mpc dident come with one i got like tons of akai sample cds that i had for years i wanna get in there like why not drag an drop in the mpc if it connects usb ...
