Hello is it normal tha when I ahve a sample and I do mode TRIM I dont see the SLICE thing to chop the sample

do you see EDIT in the lower left? if so go to that and you'll see DISCARD, SILENT, DELETE, EXTRACT, etc.

what kind of MPC you got?

yess i see edit and all this, Ive got an mpc1000 and I saw some tutorials where the guy pressed on SLICE or CHOP witch was next to edit.. witch I dont have... :(

I have an mpc 1000, Yeah i see edit but in the videos I saw you can see slice or chop right next to edit!!!

Its possible that the guy in the video you are speaking of had a different OS than you. I'm just guessing of course.

also, since you do have a 1000, look around that forum before you ask questions because there is a strong possibility that your question was answered already..
