You need to create a monochrome bitmap which is 240x64 pixels, call it mpc2500.bmp and save it in the root of you cf card or harddrive.
From the manual:
Splash Screen
The BMP picture which to CF card or HDD is indicated in at the time of MPC starting.
Please use in indication of user name and band name etc.
Condition of BMP file
Does the bitmap fulfill the following conditions.
File Name: "mpc2500.bmp"
Size: 240Wx64H (pixels)
Color: Monochrome (Bitmap and 1 bit)
