I just noticed this, but I think it's sinec JJ split up the Pad 11 Program edit screen we lost the ability to edit the Filter envelope for the whole program. This is essential for Auto Chromatic programs, I wrote a bug report, he added it a little while back, I guess he forgot, unless I'm missing something?

It would really suck to be without that.

i have recently woken up to filter envelopes. i would LOVE to be able to change filter envelopes in Global Param Edit, same with attack envelopes etc.

also, this is a growing issue.
i'd REALLY REALLY love to be able to edit different layers in global param edit.
notice that now it's only the top layer that gets changed when you add a sample or change its pitch. there's no way of doing the other stuff.

"program mode" in and of itself could in theory get replaced by global param edit if all the features were moved...

Yeah it was possible, so hopefully it will be included again.

Nym, as far as I know you can change the AMp envelopes globally by hitting the whole button, since they are in that global edit screen.

Honestly I don't care how it's arranged as long as we get all the control.

sorry - i meant attack/velocity and decay/velocity, not the actual attack and decay params which i know you can get at from the global edit.

.

sorry to be contrary, but are you dead sure the env settings worked on 'whole ' before? ....i used env values a lot over these updates, but never got any action with using the whole function in any vel=XX parameters.

remind me what version it works on.

yeah it worked, I did it and was really psyched about it. I don't remember the number, but check right before the pad 11 screen was cut into pages.

I must have missed that too. It's something I've wished for many times.

If it was in, let's have it back!
