ok, yesterday I was a little skeptical about the JJOS. i was a little nervous to install it on my MPC, but now that I have been running it for a day, I have to say that Akai should hire these guys and tell their current OS developers to stick it.. the JJ OS is what the official Akai OS should be: stable, easy to use, and feature rich. I really feel like I added far more than $30 value to my studio today. Its almost like I bought a whole new instrument!
