Assignable Outs? what? and how?

Can anybody tell ,e what these are used for and how to use them? , I'm assuming I can use the outs to send to my mixer? , but I cant figure out how to get the outs working :S, thanks for any help

Go to the track mixer screen: Mode + Pad 8
Then push F2 where it says "L/Out".
You can scroll through your out options at the top. They're good for mixing down and for effects sends.

It's also good for saving you TONS of time if you're tracking multiple tracks to recording software; given you have an interface with multiple ins.
