Ok, this one is hard to describe. I'll try my best.
Let's say you've got a folder structure like this:
[root]
|
|-1
| |
| |-A
|
|-2
| |
| |-B

Now do a [save all] in Folder B. After that, the stuff you just saved is displayed. Now press up. The folder name displayed is 1, but the folder content shown is the content of 2, i.e. B. In this case, everything is quite obvious, but it can be confusing with a more complex folder structure. Happens on CF and HD. I don't know if it's only a display issue or if it can mess up your files, too.
Peace

yes i've had this!!! i think it's just a display issue, as i've had no issues with files or folders being the wrong place. perhaps we should report it to jj, though one would think he'd have noticed.

I think this is a rather old one, it's been there since at least 2.1. I was also thinking about reporting it, but I wasn't so sure about how to write it...I'll give it a shot anyway...

this is now fixed in JJOS 4.56

2. [SAVE]
Folder in ==>Folder in => Folder.
At this time, the name of a folder is different.
