Yea, this was awful. And the Roland MV8000 is the shit, he has no clue what he's talking about.
I think the skinny white boy had a point, in that the MPC is one of many awsome tools for making hip hop music. I also see laptop boy's point. Regardless however, with a laptop you need a midi controller or keyboard, software, a ram upgrade, all which are going to cost $$$. Granted you can use the laptop for other things, but its kind of the same principle as an XBOX. Why buy a laptop, all the upgrades and games when you can just buy a dedicated box specifically for the purpose of gaming? I bought a 500, I don't like it over the 1000 for various reasons, but I understand the concept of spending 6-700 bucks on the thing to have a portable MPC.
In short, these assbags are not qualified to have their own internet radio show, they just bought a bunch of radio and video equipment to make themselves feel better, and they need to choke on their own failures. fukkers.
