Im trying to upload sound using my zip but, after i press upload. the Type: ?????? and the arrow shows LOAD.

Maybe your sound files are not the correct format, meaning your mpc can see them but cannot read them.

Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!

reffer to page 164 in the manual

and remember that your sounds have to be 16 bit, 44.1 kHz
