Help! Can't figure out who sampled this!

I was just looking through some shit and picked up this Clifford Jordan record i got, Soul Fountain. Where have I heard the track H.N.I.C before? I can just imagine hearing "just listen now" or something in with the horns, this is killing me, its probably some real obvious shit.
