MPC 1k Glitch

Hello there,
Tonite i was playing with the MPC and pads began to be triggered by theselves very VERY rapidly hahahaha (best way to explain). It happened as the beat was being played back and as i was assigning some drum samples to pads. the glitches lasted for about a consistent 10 seconds then for about a minute after they'd trigger themselves every once and awhile. the last time it happened i had to just turn the MPC off cuz it lasted a bit longer than 10 seconds this time, luckily i had got to save most of my work. Has this happened to anyone else? Should i be worried? what might cause this? Also before everyone tells me to do a search before i post, i did do a search for "glitch" and "mpc 1000 glitch" and didnt really find any problem similar to mine. Thanks for reading everyone.

Dont know about that one. One odd glitch mine has is if I pus mode + load while a sequence is playing, some random drum beat I have even loaded up plays. I have to stop the sequence to load. not really a big deal, because it makes sense that a sequence shouldnt be playing while I load, but still kind of weird

hehehe yeah i see. Idk what was up. havent turned it on today. i think it may be the pads cuz i was in the program screen and i could see the pads be triggered by themselves. i was like wtf! am i doing that? oh well. hope it was a one time deal. if not im eff'd in the A. Thanks for replying man.
