man, you don't need to ask akai for faulty pads for the 1k, they already delivered!

Naugie, I think you meant petition for pad improvement, not petition for faulty pads... slight technicality, but makes a big difference

I think they already are from what I have read.

Fortunately mine are rock solid, but I don't pound them to death either.

I end up using my MicroX as a controller too... that's what I bought it for...
