Change velocity in Grid Edit

Is there a fast way to change the velocity in Grid Edit mode?

The only way I have found is pressing SHIFT+ UP, but on every beat I want to change the velocity, I must go down again and repeat this procedure.

Is it possible to assign it to the Q Sliders??

Whats the difference between LEVEL in Q-Real mode and velocity in Grid Edit Mode?

Level is related to volume, like in a mixer.
Velocity changes the MIDI strength of the note played. If you use layers split on velocity for instance, changing the volume will not affect the original layer play, but changing the velocity would.

I thought that Q real function was velocity related.

After trying a little bit I have found a faster way to change the velocity, simple pressing EDIT when the marker is over the note.

It would be a nice feature to be able to assign velocity to the Q slider.

once velocity for an event is hilighted, try shift + >
it will bring you to the next event.
if you reach the an event on the same line (same pad). then you can directly "jog" the velocity.

I thought about suggesting this feature, didnt know it was there. At first i didnt get it to work, now i know you meant the "next bar" button, not the cursor. Nice One! Is that in the online manual? Mayber i should read it sometime after all...
