talking positions and numbers.

Hey I have a question for those who have business experience..

I have 2 businesses with a few people working for me. But when it comes down to paper work I want to know what are the exact positions for these people and myself

I got a independant record label I'm starting so it's me and another guy co owning it and running it I also do the engineering he's a rapper and we have 5 other rappers on the label.

I also have a production company which I do alot of the beats for the label I also got another dude who does beats under that company we do colabs here or there but hes avery good business man I wanna put him in postion of power but not in postion to over throw me...

with what I discribed for paper work purpose who gets paid and for what and when do they get paid also what would be the titles on these people?

I really need to know this for paper work and stuff also we are going to start shows here soon and I wanna make sure everyone gets paid for what they did and gets paid a fair right amount I also wanna make sure I'm paid for what I do as well

they ain't no rules about this...i think it's about what you consider it's fair.

give a thought to everyone's contribution to the companies and take that to percentages...
that is what i did once i had to split royalties betwwen 15 artist involved on
an album projetc.

make your numbers and then talk to them and get an agreement.
