kind of a hard question to ask. I say try them all out and see which one you like the best. Im very found of the 2kxl, but If I could do it over i maybe would have gone with the 4k. The 1k is looking dope as hell nowadays with all the os upgrades. that lil thing is packed full of functions and it got a hard drive, but with limited dedicated functions and sh!tty pads I would never buy that thing. Plus I dont like the size, or the jog wheel

hit up your local guitar center or where ever has gear in your area and just fuk with em all. Make lists like ok this one did this and i liked this one for this, and then research. There is no real beginer mp. Keep in mind too you dont wanna just settle for a machine cause its cheap and you think it does everything you need.

this is the million dollar question :!:

and there is no answer that i can give u anyway.

all i can suggest for you is to read on here about the different mpcs and what ppl have to say about them

and then if u can, try them all out to see which one your comfortable with

im sure u are already leaning towards one in particular, so i suggest u do as much research on that one as possible and see if people that have it are feeling it.

hope that helps

The jogwheel on the 1k reminds of the one on the 4k.

hey palm tree why would you want the little one thousand over the 25? They have the exact same features pretty much right? Besides i went from a 1k to an XL and now when i reference old beats on my rommates 1k that thing looks like a toy.... dont get me wrong the 1k is dope, but ide rock the 25 over the 1k anyday.
