Compatability question

How do you load programs or sequences from your old mpc2000 or 2000 xl into the 1000? i have eveything on zip disks...is this possible??

there are not 100% compatible. You can load your 2000's PGMs into 1000, but not all the setting will be read by the 1000. Most probably you will be just able to assign samples to pads/banks.
