SMPTE SOUND CARD?

Hi can someone tell me a good sound card to use with my mpc 2000 that also has the smpte so i can sync them up ok thanks.

You don't need sound card with smpte. The smpte synchronization chip in your mpc is enough...if you've got one.

oh but i thought the pc has to hear the smpte how would it work then if it comes out of the mpc 2000 to the pc? where do you hook the smpte to the pc? thanks

ohh ok man now i get it, i was thinking it goes from smpte out of mpc to smpte in of sound card but now i see its just a signal to the multitrack, ok it makes sense now thanks for your help.
