os data error and fat error

Sorry tried searching the two and got no solution... went to upgrade to the new 5.16 jj everything smoooth as usual when at the end it say os data error then goes back to the os update screen every time i hit "do it" i get the same result..
and i am using the akai cf card.. if anyone could help it would be extra swell

nevermind.... went back to old os then back again to 5.16 and all is well..
