MPC60II and S950 Marions systems SCSI card

Hi all I'm new to the forum. Just recently bought an MPC60II and an S950 is coming shortly. Back to 12bit yeah!

Anyway - Roger Linn and Marion Systems make a SCSI board for the MPC60II - according to http://www.synrise.de/docs/types/a/akai ... -serie.htm the original IB 109 was compatible with both MPC60II and S950. So it would in theory mean the Marion systems SCSI board should work in the S950 too?

Anyone tried this? If it doesn;t work at the moment I wonder if Linn could do a software update to load via floppy for the 950 so it works

IIRC the scsi boards are two different models... the one for the mpc60 does NOT include a digital input...

you are right - someone on s950 board has confirmed that it doesn't work (he tried it)
