How do you set the 2KXL so that the sequence advances by the increment set in Time Correct whenever you a add an event in the Step Edit mode?
I had it that way for a while but now it just stays in the same position after you add an event, and you have to move forward with the step buttons...

Sorry if it's in the manual, couldn't find it...

Sounds like you might have previously turned off your timing on the main menu screen.

Someone in another forum was able to answer me, thought I should pass it along here in case anyone is curious.

In step edit you hit the soft key for TC and hold it. While you hold it you hit open window and change no to yes. Now every time you add an event in step edit, the sequence will advance by the increment set in time correct. Very useful, saves you alot of clicking on the step cursor.

Man ! I didn`t even know it was possible !!

I`ll try that when I get home from this place we call "work"

So I`ll have too opern up step edit then hold in the soft key and change the tc to yes... do I have too hold in the soft to make it flip over the next next bar ?
