Mode / Program doesnt work anymore

ok at one point while i was making a track i copied a sample in trim mode and when i tried to load it via program it didnt find it now in program mode the samples just keep going round and a round i cant get to the end

i dont understand how this happened , i tried to reload , format and all but nothing happened and this doesnt happen when i load another saved track just this one

shit man when i load up a new sample to a pad then go to program mode i can go to the end but then when i go back 1 sample it doesnt find the new samples egain

doesnt anybody know what this is ? ? im going crazy when i load new samples up the track im working on program mode doesnt find the samples

i've noticed that too, and the only way I get around it is by chopping the sample up, combine all the regions, and then convert to sliced samples, then it creates a new program for you with the samples that you couldn't find in program mode. Maybe it's a glitch, or maybe I'm just missin' something.
