play loop troubles

with 4.63 when i am in the trim screen, pad 13 (play loop) doesn't work at all. anyone else having this problem or know what it might be? i tried recording a sample then going to the trim screen and also loaded a sample from hd and still nothing. i thought the pad might have been shot but i went to pad sensitivity and got a response with little force.

yes loop is on, but i'm getting nothing at all. not only does it not loop, but it doesn't play at all. all of the other pads work as they should but pad 13 doesn't in the trim mode. guess i'll go back to 4.62 for now.

how weird, it works for me. done anything different recently?

not that i can think of. i havn't tried a sys reset, i'll give that a shot before i go back to .62

ok i figured it out. i was worried when i switched back to 4.62 and the same thing was happening. the loop on/off button seems a little backwards, when it says "loop off", i figured you press that to turn loop off like when you press "chop" to chop. but it actually means that loop is off, not press this button to turn loop off.
