Need to download original samples!

I just got my MPC 1k, and as I'm checking it out I realize that it has no sounds loaded into it at all. Ine of the members from this form uploaded the originals for me along with the bonus tracks (THANKS PILCHARD), and I downloaded them, but I don't have them here. Does anyone know where I can download the original samples from Akai? Or can someone upload something just so I can get this sucker going? Thanks in advance...

Never mind I found them on the akai website, but can anyone tell me how to get them from my computer to my MPC? My 1k didn't come with a manual...
