Sound Quality After Slicing?

What's up,

I keep noticing that once i've got my sample and then slice up another sample, the sound quality of the sliced parts aren't as loud.

What am I missing out??

it's not "sound quality." this question has been asked a lot with the exact same wording - "sound quality isn't as good" etc

it's that the sample is being chopped into mono instead of stereo.

the sample's quality is the exact same.

to chop in stereo, you need to use a better OS
