Zip disks problem

I got a zip disk that gets stuck in my 2k xl. It eventually ejects but I had a couple close calls with it gettin jammed. Anyone know whats up?

i had that happen a few times, it might be a bad disk ... try out a few diffrent disks m mabye a brand new one ... and if it still happens try downloading another clean version of the newest o.s., try it again and if it still happens, research and replace the zip drive with another.

but personally i think it is the disk
