WAV files transferred from computer do not play

1.) I sampled an audio work from vinyl to my mpc
2.) I loaded the sample onto my computer via usb.
3.) I cut up this audio sample into several audio samples.
4.) After uploading these WAV audio selections to my mpc, only 1 of the 4 will play, the rest play static junk.

Has anyone had this problem? Can you help me in regards to the cause of the problem/solution. I use Adobe Audition 1.5 when editing the initial mpc sample.

most likely either saving them not in the correct format or with additional wav info. make sure you're not saving it with any other junk in the wav file

make sure dem wavs are like this: 44,1 khz / 16 bit

Ali, I'm not sure how you have your setup arranged but are you recording directly from the turntable to the rca input on your mpc?

I ask because the inputs on the MPC aren't phono inputs.

You will need to run your phono outputs into a mixer or amp with phono inputs and then out to your recording device.

Of course if you are already doing this, then I don't know

I was saving the WAV files with 'non-audio information', which is a preset on my adobe product.
