I have this problem, I wanted to organize my drums and shit so I made different folders for Kicks, SNares , Hihats etc.... But when i save the program and load it back up it says File Not Found. Can a program load different sounds from different folders automatically? I hate having to load a program then having to go to the different folders and load the individual sounds. Or does everything have to stay at root?

it would be so good if it did - i need to organise my samples in folders so i know where everything is - and to be able to just load up my 'samples' folder rather than having to go thru each folder within that folder would be a real nice to have... - as would save all programs *without* samples

It doesn't have to stay at root, but you can only safely go one level down, e.g. X:\FunkyDrums\*. Where the PGM is, you need all its samples in the same directory. That's what happens naturally if you save a program "with samples".
