Great reason/pro tools tip!

Ok guys. I have a great tip for anyone using pro tools and reason.

Rewire your reason outs into pro tools audio tracks. once you have this set up. Create as many new audio tracks as you have rewire channels.

Set the out puts on the rewire tracks to bus outs. going upwards for each track.


Then set the inputs on the new audio tracks to the corresponding bus ins.

Arm all the new tracks to record. Then hit record.

Now you have all your rewire tracks as audio. Saving you a load of CPU and a load of time bouncing all the tracks individually.

i am glad that you make serious releases but having your rewire channels play on different channels in your host is about 7 years old.

did you know that when you set your left and right locator and set loop to on the sequence will loop? that is about 7 years old too.

I showed how you set your routing up so you can bounce your tracks down to hard disk all at once.

But thanks to your mad ego a lot of newbies will be confused now because of your ignorance.

why would the newbies be confused?

i feel if you could learn it anyone can. are you special or something?

if a newbie would read the manual all of that information is in the manual. all rewire host manuals would have some verbage about rewire reason into thier host. again, reason has been out for about 7 years now. i am pretty sure there are threads on mpc-forums.com that are a few years old the discusses this subject. it is nothing new.

instead of posting back, why not work on your next hot release?
