ive found this version totally bug free


altho...

ive recently acquired an S3000XL and i have connected the 2500 to it from the mpc's MIDI Out A to the S3000XL Midi In. ive set the MP track as MIDI and set it to send as 1A. thus i set the s3000xl to receive on midi channel 1. so in theory that ought to mean that when i hit a pad on the MP it will trigger the sample i have going on it sample edit mode on the s3000xl.

but that isnt happening.

i explain this because i amnt sure if im doing something wrong or coz it could be an OS bug

do you only want to use one sample? i thought there was a multi mode where u set the midi channel so u can trigger diff samples on diff cahannels too! try it out! there is no problem on my MP.

well i was trying to nail the triggering of one sample before i hit multi mode heh

if you could help me out in achieving this id be grateful. im sure it must be something at the s3000xl end coz its simple enuff with the mp
