cant install jj 4.65 on my mpc 1000

i downloaded the mpc1000_nv465.bin file from http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/ and put it onto a 2 gig memory card. i then went to the load menu in the mpc and selected the OS and hit DOIT!- nothing happened. i formated the memory card and tried to install a second time... nothing. then i tried version 3.6... still nothing. can any of you help me out?

put the card in and hold the window button as you turn the MPC on, it'll look on your card for the newest OS and then ask you what you want to do
