I have alot samples I dont want on there is there a way to clear the internal I put in. I have the 12mb flash rom

I meant I have moved the flies I want to use onto my cf card and now I want to wipe clean my whole flash rom

how do u save all ur sounds on ur cf to the internal so i can jus load from internal

There should be a folder on the factory CF card called "INTERNAL" which contains everything that's in the internal memory.
In case you don't plan on using the 5 MB of internal flash memory, and I dont see a reason for that, you dont need to erase it, just turn off the Autoload function as mentioned.
