m2kxl mcd error

i just got my new 2kxl mcd and im getting these weird errors...sometimes the thing freaks out and plays a million sounds at once...i used my friends a bunch and his does this sometimes too. whats up with that? should i reinstall the OS? how do you reinstall on the 2kxl?? it doesnt say sh!t about it in the manual...

how do you reinstall on the 2kxl??

Put the .bin file with OS on the floppy disk and load it into machine.
Remember, there should be nothing else except this file on the disk.

i reloaded the os and its still happening....anyone heard of this? its like "error at eb00:5400" or something like that...and it starts playing a bunch of random sounds....

WHAT FORMAT ARE YOUING TO LOAD YOUR OS MCD OR ZIP IF ITS THE MCD IT COULD BE THE CF CARD I FOUND I COULD ONLY USE ONE TYPE OF CARD TO CHANGE AND UP GRADE MY OS THAT WAS WAS DANE ELEC CF 1 GIG . TRYED WACK AS SANDISK AND MEMOREX PROBLEMS .SO TRY USING PNY TECH DANE ELEC KINGSTON SOME OF THESE YOU GOT TO ORDER ON LINE I USE 1 GIG 2 GIG 4 GIG CF CARDS NO PROB BELIVE ME. ONE
