Transfer wavs from your computer via USB, drag n drop.
Make sure they are 44.1k/16bit wavs.

k now how do i assign em 2 pads?(sry ima newb this is my first mpc)

Once they are in the MPC you need to go into program mode to assign them to the pads, and you can do it while loading your samples as well.

i tried it n cant figure it out i deleted some of that factory stuff so that i can fit my kits in

The best thing you could do for yourself is read the manual from cover to cover and not only reading it but testing and trying everything as you read it. Trust me I understand you just got it and you want to start making some heat as soon as possible, I know the feeling but nothing is gonna take the place of you knowing what your 500 can and cannot do.

If you want to learn how to get your samples on the pads start at page 73 in the manual and read the entire section, if your having trouble loading your samples from the pc to the 500 read starting at page 103 :D

k ill read that 2night n yea lol i do btw is it easy 2 chop/trim on the 500?

Nah not really, you just have to do everything by ear, it takes a little longer but no big deal when your in the zone. :D

k cuz i have a few tracks that im going 2 chop 2morrow but ill prob do it on the comp. n then send it over 2 the mpc n hopefully ill kno what 2 do so i can start makin stuff cuz i was playin around with the factory sounds n i made somethin pretty Hott lol n if u need any samples then just let me kno
