I'm moving on the 31st and I have a huge lot of vintage vinyl records. Most of these records are from the 40s-70s. There is a wide assortment, with some comedy records, box set operas, classical, spoken word, classic rock, broadway and showtunes, and lounge type music/crooners.
The majority of the collection is in fabulous condition, especially considering the age of the albums. Most are 12 inch LPs, but there is a whole box of 10 inch LPs. A lot of these are highly collectible. I was pricing them on ebay and some are not even represented, and those that are were fetching nice prices when sold individually.
I'm looking for a buyer who has the time to either appreciate this collection or has the time to sell it themselves for a tidy profit. This is a totally eclectic mix of stuff. There are spoken word albums by politicians, radio and tv personalities, and stand up comedians, a wide array of musicals, instrumentals, a little jazz, and on and on.
The 45s are a mix of popular music from different eras and then a bunch of childrens records. Some of the childrens records are storybooks and 45s from disney which are a classic collector's item.
If I had time I would put most of this stuff up on ebay or comb the antique and consignment shops to sell this, but I just honestly want them off my hands. These boxes are HEAVY!
