if your pads go bad and you are still covered under warranty ( mp was purchased 8 months ago) , would they replace the pads ?

yeah but they may just give you stock replacements of the old pads

DEFINITELY worth a shot.
this should be the official "returning old mpc pads still under warranty for new IE FSR pads so you don't have to pay 200 dollars" thread.

good thinking.

I will examine this matter more closely and shall inform you what is up.

I am based in Canada..has any of you in Us/Canada had their pads "warranty" replaced?
do Akai techs ship it to Japan and it takes like 4 months or maybe it is a local procedure?
maybe I will call them tonight to get some answers.

see if you can get a real confirmation that new pads are even coming too.

like them telling you directly something about them.

not all this my momma's cousin got an email from frank who called akai.
