direct record bug?

When i use direct record and i play back my seq. it's all messed up, some parts won't play and my snare cracks and clicks every time the same..

copy seq wont work, i copied every track from my seq to another seq and the problem is solved..

pretty anoying, someone got this problem too? got 4.66 running..

i have not used direct record yet.

maybe try to send the seq to JJ + a way to reproduce the bug...

dannng i use it in every beat no reason to save files on midi modules..just record it all in!

but yea.. hah i dont use grid edit so... i needa get in there more often tOO!!

I've used direct record quite a bit- for keyboard synths, I have had no problem. Just record, then select sample in audio tracks. But I tried using a microphone to record some acoustic guitar thru direct record and I certainly ran into issues similar to what you describe, but since it has always worked perfect aside from that instance, I think it was probably due to an error on my part. So, in my experience there aren't any bugs with direct record, or none that I can confidently identify. I know none of this probably helps, but I do use direct record, and it's the s**t.
