The Blackbyrds' Action LP(1977 on Fantasy Records)

if you can get a hold of it. I was just sampling this record for one of my more soulful cuts. You might find a goodie or two 8) Peace!

just go to the section with the drums on the covers... seriously. And jazz drummers' albums...

and yes, spend 100 dollars on skull snaps also. you're going to need that...

ps- I've made a pledge to the world that I will not use some super famous break ala skull snaps unless I have the OG vinyl. Then it will be okay. It will still suck, but at least the method was true...

for real, go educate yourself with goin to a record store and actually diggin for records and listenin to them.
these suggestions are good starting points, but the point of diggin is to not use the same samples other folks have used.
