Sounds like its more likely to be from a library funk record then a standard funk album I might have to have a search and see if i can find where its from

awesome, thanks you guys! whats a library of funk record as opposed to a regular one? im new to this stuf lol. still need to cop a turntable and a mixer, ive been taking samples from cd's cuase i dont have a turntable or a viynl collection lol

Not sure the best way to discribe library records.. maybe some one else can help here discriptions aint my strong point lol..

Go to www.recordkingz.com, go to the library music section and theres plenty of clips.. listen and check discriptions and u will get the idea, maybe once u listen and read it will click with u what they are.. i know in my head but really cant think of a way to put it into words at moment lol

Library music are underrated and often unknown albums by funk, jazz or pop composers (famous or not) produced for most of them in the 70's. They were supposed to illustrate private movies, radio shows or DJ sets

Yeah.. thats the type of discription needed.. I couldnt think how to explain myself, because although I wanted to explain how they would be used in scores for certain films and shows (as well as other things) etc, it would just sound like i was talking about scores, and library records are too diverse, so the right explanation was needed to cover it all..
