is the mpc worth it

ive herd the mpc has weak pads and they break easily

i also heard the bass is weak also

i was thinking of getting the mpc before i heard alll of this is it worth it?

They are alright if you just want a all in one type box. Otherwise you could buy a mbox/or m audio contoller/soundcard, protools, free reason adapted, and a MPD16 and get going that way for pretty cheap. (only if you have a good computer already.

my pads are 2 years old, never broke.(blue one)
