serial ata hard drive

hello

does anybody know if i can use a serial ata hard drive with my MPC 1000 ?
any adapters available ? i already purchased a HD10M HARD DRIVE KIT

check the **hard drive recomendations** topic up the top of the board...cant imagine sata drives are going to work in the mpc,as i said check the list and then have a look on ebay for one of the drives mentioned....cheap as chips for a 20Gb or 40Gb drive

no, you can't use SATA drives with the mpc. the HDM10 adapter is only for IDE drives. there is no converter from IDE to SATA for the mpc.
