Nym i recon you just got used to this but if it was improved and maybe even some of the clutter in it removed you would like it even more, i know i would use it more.
For example the first level functions (with no shift ) should be purely for editing like copy move paste insert etc (I think step edits UI accomplished this quite well )
Why is program, on the first level and mute and solo and qlink, its like he tried to incorporate a full work environment in GRID, and letting it take preference over EDITING which i think should be first.
Second level functions (SHIFT KEY)
1 we have F3 - F5 empty ?
2 loop on only appears when using 6 pad layout , (ok this is probably more of a bug but i really don't see a need for loop on/off in GRID anyway)
we have that on the main screen again its like a environment within a environment, GRID EDIT would be way more fun if it did what it is meant to do properly first which is EDITING then some bells and whistles as a addition if there is room but even still i would rather be forced to change a program from the main screen than have the option in GRID , just my 2 cents.
