Howe come that sometimes when I want to erase a sample out of the beat it wont disapear?

I hold down the erase buton + the pad but it wont erase...

is it a bug or is it my insucnificent experience???

Dumb(?) question...you are in overdub mode when you are trying to erase correct? I don't think it makes a different what MPC you are using.

other than being in overdub you also have to be on the correct track.

yes I am in the overdub when trieng to erase... but it wont...

?? if you tryin to delete a sample you got to take it off its program and purge

sorry but I'm new to this.. I tought that while i'm using Over Dub I could erase the things that I placed incorectly in the sequence (Erase + Pad).. at least thats what i've been doing till now..

it looks like the samples are locked or something...

this is frustrating...

please help..

dont bother i've found it... I couldn't erase because I had the same samples in two different tracks, when I tried to erase I was trieng to erase the samples in the wrong track..

Stupid me... (now why would I load the exact same samples in two diferent tracks?)

Well I guess its just the Noob whitin me...
