playing full 2 or 4 bar beat before switching to next seq.

it used to do this on the reg os but now it just automatically switches without finishing the beat...

Check your Sequence Playback Settings:

01. Highlight the Seq in Main Screen
02. Press WINDOW
03. Select END OF SEQUENCE

That should do it...

Hell yeah! That's what I'm talking about! JJ OS is the real deal. Thanks for that info cuz I had been wondering about this too. I like having the option of using it both ways.
